Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – $26–$31/Hour

What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA services to clients in accordance with treatment plans
- Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Collect accurate and timely session data
- Complete session notes at the end of each session
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other members of the care team
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision
- Help clients develop communication, social, adaptive, and independence skills
What We're Looking For
- Active RBT certification through the BACB
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Reliable transportation when applicable
- Willingness to learn, grow, and accept clinical feedback
- Someone who genuinely cares about the clients they serve
