Job Summary
Able Minds ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Warrenton, VA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to individuals with autism. We offer flexible scheduling and no caseload, allowing you to focus on what matters most - making a difference in the lives of our clients. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism, in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team
- Conduct assessments, observations, and data collection to measure progress and inform treatment decisions
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for program development and improvement
- Collaborate with other BCBAs, Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure consistent and effective treatment
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and program modifications
- Participate in staff training and development activities to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field
- BCBA certification
- 1+ year of experience working with individuals with autism and ABA therapy
- Knowledge of ABA principles, theories, and methodologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
