Job Summary
Able Minds ABA is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Newark, DE. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality ABA services to our clients while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. This is a part-time and full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
Responsibilities
- Provide ABA services to clients in a variety of settings, including home and community-based environments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other stakeholders
- Conduct assessments, analyze data, and develop strategies to address challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent and effective service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including data collection and analysis
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- 1+ years of experience working as a BCBA in a private agency or clinical setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
