Job Summary
Able Minds ABA is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Chambersburg, PA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in delivering top-tier ABA therapy, working collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality services to children with autism. We offer flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment, allowing you to focus on making a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and functional analyses to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans
- Provide ABA therapy services to clients, including individual and group sessions, as needed
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored treatment plans
- Monitor and record client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and detailed records, including session notes and progress reports
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices and agency policies
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with autism and/or ABA therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with ABA principles and practices, including behavioral assessment and intervention methods
