Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services to children in home, school, and community settings.
- Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
- Collect and document client progress data.
- Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
- Create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment.
Qualifications
- Current RBT certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with children preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Schedule & Location
Pay: $26–$31 per hour
Hours: 10–40 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible
Location: Maryland
