About the job
Overview
The Scheduling II/ Unit Secretary is responsible for coordinating clerical, receptionist and scheduling duties. The coordination of activities occurs intradepartmentally, interdepartmentally and with the physician’s offices; is responsible for the accurate and timely posting of patient charges, identifying charge errors and educating team members regarding errors; will coordinate establishing new charges to ensure an accurate charging process. Performs other related duties incidental to work described within. Must be proficient in the daily duties of posting procedures

Education
-A high school diploma or GED
Experience: Previous receptionist / hospital unit secretarial experience required
