Delete your CareJobs.Now account

You can close your account whenever you want. Browsing and applying for care jobs never needs an account, so the job board stays open to you afterwards.

How to ask for it

  1. Send an email to hello@carejobs.now from the address your account uses, with “Delete my account” as the subject. Coming from that address is how we confirm the account belongs to you.
  2. Within 30 days we erase the account and everything listed below, then write back to confirm it is done.

What we erase

  • Your account and the way you sign in to it.
  • Your match profile, with the LinkedIn profile or resume reading stored alongside it.
  • Your job and license answers, and where you said you stand in your job search.
  • Your saved jobs, your fit checks and the applications you tracked with us.
  • Your weekly jobs email and every job alert set up for your address.
  • Your candidate pool details and the history of requests we sent you, if you joined the pool.
  • The reminders about jobs you clicked Apply on.

What we keep

Only the records below, each for the reason beside it. Everything else is gone once the account is closed.

  • Your email address on our do-not-email list, so that nothing from us ever reaches you again.
  • If our referral program paid you: the record of those payments, which tax law requires us to keep.
  • Any contract you signed with us, kept as a legal record.

Removing only part of it

You can keep the account and still remove your match profile or leave the candidate pool from your workspace, and any email we send can be stopped with the unsubscribe link at its bottom. Our privacy policy explains what we hold and why.
