About the job
Job Title: X-Ray Technologist / GI Lab Tech
Location: Willis-Knighton Pierremont
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (with some after-hours and weekend call)
Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed X-Ray Technologist to join our fast-paced GI Lab team. This unique role includes cross-training as a GI Tech, assisting physicians during procedures. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about patient care, this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging as a licensed X-Ray Technologist.
- Assist physicians during GI procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Maintain a high standard of professional ethics, courtesy, and patience.
- Work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Current X-Ray Technologist license.
- Ability to cross-train and assist in GI procedures.
- Strong commitment to patient safety and well-being.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
