UVA Community Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our established team at UVA Health Piedmont Family Medicine. This practice builds upon a long-standing legacy of care in the Fauquier community and continues to expand access to high-quality primary care throughout the region. The practice sits strategically between our Culpeper and Haymarket / Northern Virginia UVA Community Health locations, offering the best of small-town charm with convenient access to larger metropolitan resources. Position Highlights

• Location: Warrenton, VA
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• FTE: 1.0
• Patient Volume: 19–25 patients per day
• Call: Approximately 1:12 rotation for clinic patients with Envera After Hours Triage
• Setting: Outpatient only
• EMR: EPIC
• Technology: DAX Copilot AI-assisted documentation
• Loan Forgiveness: Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
• Onsite Services: Moderately complex lab and point-of-care testing

Qualifications

• Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
• Licensure: Eligible for unrestricted Virginia medical license
• Commitment to team-based, high-quality, patient-centered care

The base compensation range for this role is $240,000 - $350,000 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status.

Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate’s qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non-productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
