Our multidisciplinary team approach brings together a diverse group of healthcare professionals, including registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and Acute Care Technicians (ACTs). Our collaborative effort ensures that each patient receives personalized and holistic care tailored to their unique needs.

We offer twelve-hour shifts, with a twelve-hour shift every third weekend and a weekend option for those who prefer it.

We typically maintain an a verage patient-to-staff ratio of 1:5 . While we prefer nurses with psychiatric/behavioral health experience, we warmly welcome new graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
