This is a Full time, benefited RN position working 4 days a week with a 10-hr day shift. Business hours are Monday-Friday from 7am-5:30pm. Located in La Jolla at the Anderson Medical Pavilion in the GI Lab. There are no weekend or call shifts!

What you'll do

• Ensure Scripps patients and their families have an exceptional health care experience.
• Provides direct patient care to high acuity patients in a complex department within the scope of practice.
• Engages in complex clinical procedures and may provide clinical assessments to surgical patients in the hospital setting.
• Patient care includes compliance with patient assessments and care tasks, triaging, completion of clinical procedures, emergency protocols and medication administration.
• Works collaboratively with the other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Completion of accredited RN program
• Minimum 1 year RN experience
• Current CA RN License
• BLS & ACLS through the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year procedural RN experience
• Inpatient RN experience
• GI Lab experience
• ER, ICU, Procedural (IR, cath lab) PACU experience preferred
• BSN

Position Pay Range: $59.16-$85.68/hour
