Job Details

• Position Description: Travel Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) for inpatient psychiatric units, supporting both adolescent (14-17 years old) and geriatric patients. The RN will be responsible for managing clinical activities, supervising staff, and promoting quality patient care within a 44-bed inpatient psych facility.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), inpatient adolescent psychiatric experience, de-escalation training or certification (can attend SAFE Training Course onsite). Education requirements include a degree in nursing with licensure as an RN. Experience requirement: 0 years.
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, days/nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Floating to various units may be required. The RN is expected to participate in orientation, educational activities, and maintain positive interdisciplinary relationships to promote optimal patient outcomes.
