Job Details

• Position Description: This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice. Responsibilities include reviewing patient history, diagnostics, labs, formulating individualized care plans, and coordinating multidisciplinary care. The role involves supervising, delegating, and communicating with other healthcare team members to promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice or equivalent, BLS certification, and experience in an acute care setting within the past 12 months. No minimum years of experience required.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The role involves direct patient care with clinical responsibilities including data assessment, documentation, and collaboration with healthcare teams. Flexibility for floating to sister site may be required depending on census and staffing needs.
