Travel assignment, 13 weeks, 8hr days, 40 hours a week, starting November 16, 2026.

Pay as Cross Country posts it: about $2,419 a week in all, a taxable rate of $28.80 an hour plus $1,267 a week in housing and meal stipends.

Job Summary

Home Healthcare RN - This position is based in the patient's home setting. The role involves providing clinical nursing care, post-orthopedic or post-surgical assessments, and patient education. The RN will operate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver dedicated home health services.

Job Details

• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license in the appropriate state, BLS certification, at least 1-2 years of experience in medical-surgical or acute care, home care experience, ortho experience, and phlebotomy skills.
• Certifications: BLS, Phlebotomy
• Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with an expectation of 40 hours weekly. Call required after hours and weekends, approximately every 3rd to 4th weekend.
• Additional Information: Clinicians will manage a caseload of 5-20 visits per day, covering visits such as wound care, wound vac, IV therapy - including antibiotics and TPN - post-orthopedic/joint assessments, incision follow-up, post-surgical evaluations, and medication education. Experience with wound vac, glucometer, pro-time machine, IV pumps, and central lines/ports is needed. Clinicians will be assigned to a pod covering roughly 40-80 miles, with mileage reimbursed at prevailing rates.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must have a valid license in hand or be eligible, and required certifications documented prior to start date.
