The Role : Autonomy and Excellence

As a Night Shift Registered Nurse, you are the cornerstone of our facility's overnight operations. You will lead the shift, ensuring our residents in the Skilled and Intermediate Units rest safely and comfortably. This role offers a unique level of independence and the opportunity to practice nursing at its purest.

What You Will Do

•Independent Leadership: Oversee all clinical operations during the night shift, making critical decisions and ensuring a safe, healing environment.

•Expert Care: Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, IV therapy, and specialized treatments per physician orders.

•Team Guidance: Direct and support the night shift nursing staff, maintaining high standards of care and policy compliance.

•Crisis Management: Act as the primary clinical authority, initiating emergency procedures with confidence and expertise when necessary.

Requirements

What We Need From You :

•Current Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) License.

•Current CPR certification.

•Strong clinical judgment and the ability to function independently.
