About the job
Resident Care & Meaningful Moments provides compassionate, person-centered care to residents living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. In addition to assisting residents with activities of daily living, this position has an active role in providing and documenting daily activities through the Meaningful Moments program.
Meaningful Moments is Bayley’s approach to memory care programming. The program focuses on creating purpose, comfort, engagement, connection, and enjoyment throughout each resident’s day. Activities are incorporated into the natural rhythm of the day and individualized according to each resident’s abilities, interests, preferences, life history, routines, and current level of functioning.
We have full and part-time positions available for our new Assisted Living Memory Care unit!
