Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

The schedule includes four 10-hour shifts: Sunday 6:30 AM - 5 PM, Monday 7 AM - 5:30 PM, Tuesday 2 PM - 12:30 AM, and Friday 3 PM - 1:30 AM.

Job Description

As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography equipment. You will work closely with patients, ensuring their comfort and safety during scans while specializing in imaging protocols and procedures in a Radiology department.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct CT imaging procedures to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Prepare patients for scans, explaining procedures and addressing any concerns.
  • Maintain CT equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure accurate diagnostics.
  • Document procedures and patient information according to established protocols.

Required Experience

  • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with a focus on CT.
  • Active ARRT certification in CT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
  • Relevant clinical experience as a CT Technologist.

Certifications/Licensure

  • Current state license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • ARRT certification is required.
