Solara Neonatal is searching for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our Practice in Phoenix, Arizona. Two years of NICU experience required. In this role, you will

• Provide advanced, evidence-based neonatal care in Level II and Level III NICUs
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and protocol development
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and autonomous decision-making
• Contribute to program development, education, and policy implementation
• Support the training and mentorship of new and existing staff
• Engage in ongoing professional development for yourself and your colleagues
