Our Warrenton community is a small, close-knit assisted living community with 35 apartments and 41 licensed beds . This intimate setting allows our team members to build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and one another.

We are seeking a caring, dependable, and qualified Registered Medication Aide (RMA) to join our team on the full-time evening shift . The ideal candidate will be passionate about senior care and committed to providing safe medication assistance and compassionate, resident-centered support.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with state regulations and physician orders.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting dignity and independence.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Help create a positive, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and cared for.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification.
• Previous experience in assisted living, or senior living is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
