Spartanburg, South Carolina
Gibbs Cancer Center & Research Institute, part of Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System,
is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established, collaborative Hematology/Oncology team in Upstate South Carolina. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice high-quality, patient-centered oncology care within a nationally recognized cancer program.

- National Cancer Institute (NCI) NCORP designation
- Multidisciplinary care model with site-specific tumor boards

Practice Overview
- Primary location: Spartanburg, SC with three outreach clinics across our service
area
- Collaborative team of 8 physicians and 9 advanced practice providers
- Strong support staff and integrated care model
- Epic EMR across the system
- Participation in multidisciplinary clinics and tumor boards
Position Highlights
- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
- Rotating call: (weekday and weekend)
- Mix of clinic-based care with inpatient support as applicable
- Opportunity to work across hematology and solid tumor oncology populations
- Highly collaborative, team-based environment focused on quality and patient
outcomes
Candidate Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Oncology experience strongly preferred
- 2–3 years of APP experience preferred
- New graduates may be considered with prior oncology training or rotations
- Strong clinical skills, communication, and team collaboration mindset
