What You'll Do

• Help individuals develop daily living, communication, problem-solving, and recovery skills
• Support individuals in building relationships, accessing community resources, and navigating healthcare and employment opportunities
• Assist with medication management, physical health monitoring, and crisis intervention as needed
• Promote independence, self-determination, and personal growth through individualized support
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional standards

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 21 years of age to drive for the company; some positions are available for individuals under 21
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Full-time positions typically include a combination of 1st & 2nd shift or 3rd shift; casual positions may offer a variety of shifts
• Full-time employees work every other weekend; casual employees must have weekend availability
• Weekend and holiday availability is required
