Overview

As a home health PRN Speech Language Pathologist / SLP, you would be responsible for conducting focused one-on-one patient care and patient/family teaching in the home setting. The Speech Language Pathologist / SLP administers speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology / SLP
• State of Tennessee license
• Minimum of one (1) year of speech language therapy experience preferred
• Must have a negative 2-step TB test within the last 12 months of the hire date
• Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance
