We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduling Specialist! You'll play a crucial role in ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments for our patients. Job Specifics

• 1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly)
• Shift: Monday-Friday, hours between 7am-5pm
• Location: On-site in La Crosse, hybrid eligible after training (2-3 on-site days per week)
• Department: Neuroscience Department

What's Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills and attention to details
• Scheduling/coordinating background and medical terminology is a bonus!
