Care Staff / Medical Technician - All Shifts

Grand Villa of Sarasota is seeking compassionate and dedicated care staff, preferably certified med techs, to join our vibrant community. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and facility policies (for med techs)
• Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to the nursing team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Document care activities accurately and timely
• Foster a compassionate and respectful atmosphere, ensuring residents’ dignity and well-being

Skills and Qualifications

• Certified Medication Technician (preferred) or relevant caregiving experience
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards residents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including overnight hours
• Basic knowledge of healthcare practices and safety protocols
• High school diploma or equivalent required
