Position Summary
Franklin General Hospital is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and creating a five-star patient experience. This contracted full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a supportive healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy treatments and patient care
- Deliver a high level of patient-centered service at every interaction
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care team members
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
Qualifications
- Current Respiratory Therapist license (Iowa) required
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
