Qualifications

The following qualifications, or equivalents, are the minimum requirements necessary to perform the essential

functions of this job.

Education/formal training/licensure/certification experience:

Completion of high school or its equivalent; secretarial/computer business courses or graduate from college training

program.

Proficient in Windows environment (Word, Excel required and Access preferred).

• Demonstrate clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Payroll.
• Shift Wizard as needed
• Maintains departmental employee files.
• Arrange travel for Assistant Directors and staff as needed
• Ensures appropriate/timely communication to departmental staff and peers re: current Licensure

and credentials.

Additional skills:

Able to process information quickly and accurately. Efficient use of computer and office equipment Possesses

problem solving skills. Maintains competency appropriate to the services provided and needs of age groups served
