Position Highlights
- Our 7 locations are open 8am – 8pm (closed on 4 recognized holidays).
- All locations are within 1 hour of Pinehurst, NC .
- Epic EMR.
- Imaging and diagnostic testing on-site.
- Well-coordinated process with system EDs for transfer of acute care needs.
- Strong partnership between physicians and advanced practice providers.
- Be a member of the FirstHealth Physician Group, a team of 400+ hospital-employed providers.

Qualifications
- PA : completion of an AMA approved Physician Assistant program and NCCPA certification.
- NP : completion of a nurse practitioner education program and national certification.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience treating all ages in an Urgent Care/Emergency Medicine setting is required, 4+ years of experience is highly desired.
- Must be able to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, and discretion in decision-making.
- Clean background, unrestricted NC PA/NP license, NC DEA, AHA BLS certification, and DOT certification required.
