Physicians Assistant

As a Physician Assistant in our clinic, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, managing various ENT-related conditions and performing minor in-office procedures. The role includes post-operative checks, new patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and more. You will also have call responsibilities, including one evening of after-hour phone calls per week and rotating Friday afternoons. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• See and manage clinic patients in the office
• Conduct post-operative checks, new patient evaluations, and follow-up visits
• Perform cerumen removal, removal of foreign bodies from ear/nose, nasal endoscopy, control of epistaxis, post-op sinus debridement, I&D of abscess, management of auricular hematoma, removal of drains and sutures, etc.
• Answer patient phone calls and contact patients with results
• Provide patient education and support
• Complete charts in a timely fashion
• Handle billing and coding for charts
• Take one evening of after-hour phone calls per week
• Participate in rotating Friday afternoon call

Qualifications

• Valid Physician Assistant license in Nebraska
• Experience in ENT or related fields is preferred but not required
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to perform minor procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to patient care and continuous learning
