- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and the connection between oral health and overall well-being.
- Build trusting, lasting relationships with patients through compassionate care and excellent communication.
- Listen to patient concerns, answer questions, and help patients feel comfortable and confident in their care.
- Maintain accurate medical histories, clinical documentation, and treatment records.
- Schedule appropriate follow-up and hygiene appointments to support continuity of care.
- Follow established clinical standards, D.A.D. procedures, and infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Work closely with doctors, assistants, and the entire dental team to coordinate patient care.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented office environment.
- Participate in recalls and assist with other office activities as needed to support the team and patient experience.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a hygienist who is passionate about patient care and takes pride in the relationships they build with their patients.
The ideal candidate is
- Compassionate, friendly, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
- An excellent communicator who can educate patients in a positive and approachable way.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional, five-star patient care.
- Detail-oriented and committed to quality clinical care.
- A team player who works well with doctors and fellow team members.
- Professional, dependable, and committed to continued learning and development.
- Comfortable using dental technology and practice management systems such as Denticon, or similar systems.
- A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist with the credentials required to practice in Delaware.
What We Offer

- Paid Time Off
- Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits
- 401(k)
- Company-Provided Life & Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
- Long-Term Disability Coverage
