Pay as Cross Country posts it: about $2,063 a week in all, a taxable rate of $22.10 an hour plus $1,267 a week in housing and meal stipends.

Job Summary

Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) position in the healthcare industry. This role involves providing direct patient care, performing nursing assessments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. The RN will also supervise ancillary nursing personnel and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained throughout the shift.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required prior to first shift. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required prior to first shift (CIRH only). Critical care experience highly desired.
• Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Responsibilities: Performs comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission, develops and updates individualized care plans, initiates discharge planning from the day of admission, and ensures accurate, timely documentation of all patient care activities.
• Qualifications: No minimum years of experience required.
