Job Details

• Position: Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Location: San Joaquin County
• Education and Work Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; ICU or acute care facility experience preferred; current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required; minimum of 1 year of experience required
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Essential Functions:
• Collects relevant patient health data and analyzes assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues
• Develops and implements care plans to achieve patient outcomes
• Coordinates and monitors care delivery, promoting safe health environments
• Evaluates patient progress and adjusts care plans accordingly
• Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Provides patient education and participates in discharge planning
• Delegates and supervises duties of healthcare team members
• Performs other related duties as assigned
