Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in a healthcare facility located in Vermont. This position involves providing emergency care to a diverse patient population, including pediatric and general cases, in a recently renovated ER with approximately 70 patients daily. The role starts as soon as possible and runs through January 23, 2027.
Job Details
- Position Description: ASAP starts for registered nurses (RN) in the ER specialty.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), and NCC (National Certification Corporation). Education requirements include current RN licensure.
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The ER is brand new following recent expansion and remodeling. The facility utilizes Meditech for electronic medication administration and Pyxsis for medication dispensing. Candidates should be adaptable to a fast-paced environment managing general population and pediatric cases.
