Concept Rehab, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to join our therapy team in Linden, Michigan. Whether you're looking for part-time hours, PRN flexibility, or an opportunity to supplement your current schedule, we'd love to connect with you!

What You'll Do

  • Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
  • Help patients improve daily living skills, functional mobility, and independence.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
  • Document treatments and communicate patient updates to the therapy team.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes.
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

What We're Looking For

  • Current Michigan Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
  • Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • A genuine passion for helping patients reach their goals.
  • Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is preferred.
