PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) – Hopedale, OH

Looking for flexibility, a supportive team, and meaningful patient connections? We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team in Hopedale, Ohio.

This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative interdisciplinary team in a skilled nursing setting where patient-centered care is the priority. Whether you are looking to supplement your schedule or enjoy the flexibility of PRN work, we’d love to connect with you.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate and treat residents to improve independence and quality of life
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Provide education to residents, families, and caregivers

Qualifications

  • Current Ohio Occupational Therapist license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
  • Passion for providing high-quality patient care
