We are hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Charlevoix, MI .

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services

  • Complete accurate clinical documentation

  • Participate in care planning and discharge planning

Qualifications

  • Current Michigan Occupational Therapist (OT) license
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

  • SNF experience preferred but not required
