JOB SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Sr. Physical Therapists or Physical Therapist performs

selected physical therapy treatments to ensure optimal patient care outcomes.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

A. Education (or equivalent years of experience)

Required for consideration: Associate degree of science from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.

B. Experience (or equivalent education)

No Experience Required (One year experience for Home Health)

C. Licensure

Required for consideration: Physical Therapy Assistant for the state of Florida.

D. Certifications

Required for consideration: BLS through American Heart Association or American RedCross (these are the only two providers that are accepted.)
