Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Assistan t to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent service to patients, families, staff, and providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls; greet and assist visitors and patients.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
• Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and documents.
• Maintain organized records, files, and databases.
• Support patient care by updating demographic and insurance information.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure timely service.
• Assist with prescription renewals and clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required .
• Basic computer proficiency for clinical documentation and scheduling.
• Strong communication , organizational, and customer service skills .

Pay Range

$21.53 - $28.97

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
