Advanced Practice Nurse - Gastroenterology (Per Diem)

About the Role

As an APN in Gastroenterology, you will

• Provide comprehensive GI care in collaboration with attending gastroenterologists
• Manage and coordinate care for patients with acute and chronic gastrointestinal disorders
• Participate in hospital-based rounding, consults, and outpatient clinic visits
• Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Support GI procedures, follow-up care, and patient education
• Participate in quality initiatives aligned with Vision 2030 goals

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) with certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN)
• Current New Jersey APN license or eligibility
• Certification in Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner specialty
• Experience in Gastroenterology or Internal Medicine preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
