Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, with experience in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:2 in a 10-bed unit.
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond effectively to changes in health status.
• Document patient information and care procedures using Epic charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an acute care or LTAC setting preferred.
• Active RN license in the state or compact state where the position is located.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS are required; TNCC is preferred.
• Travel nursing experience is preferred.
