Evening shift from 14:00 to 22:30, Saturday through Wednesday, with occasional call requirements.

Job Description

Join the dedicated team at a 39-bed facility serving Carbon and Emery counties, providing a full range of inpatient and outpatient services. The Medical Technologist will work in a fast-paced lab environment handling various tests and analyses, ensuring the highest standards of quality and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Performing laboratory analyses in chemistry, hematology, coagulation, blood bank, and urinalysis.
• Maintaining and operating laboratory equipment, including EXL, Sysmex, and Siemens systems.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
• Documenting findings and maintaining accurate records in the MedHost and SafeTrace EHR systems.
• Adhering to laboratory protocols and regulatory compliance standards.

Required Experience

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting with proficiency in relevant lab procedures.

Certifications/Licensure

Must possess MT ASCP certification or an equivalent credential.
