This travel Physical Therapist job in Santa Fe, NM with Advantis Medical is a 13-week travel Physical Therapist contract at CHRISTUS St. Vincent Regional Medical Center. This role pays $2,606 per week and follows a Days shift with a 5x8 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans and functional goals
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and gait and mobility training across a varied caseload
• Reassess progress and adjust each plan of care to keep patients advancing toward their goals
• Direct and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and the interdisciplinary care team
