It’s a safe alternative to foster care that aims to end the cycle of addiction across generations.
Daily Impact looks like
- Ensuring the safety of the family and children through supervision and crisis intervention when necessary
- Building community resources to help sustain families
- Maintaining safety and supervision of the Bluestem property
- Provide trauma-informed care to all family members

Shift Summaries
Day Shift 1: Sunday-Wednesday (will be predominantly evenings to start)
Day Shift 2: Wednesday-Saturday (will be predominantly evenings to start) )
Pay Range: $48,660 - $53,660

Requirements
BSW or other Bachelor’s degree (Human Services, Counseling, Psychology, etc), or equivalent experience
