Looking for a role where your work matters from the moment you clock in? Three Meadows Post Acute is hiring a 2nd shift STNA to join a supportive care team. You’ll be the person residents count on for comfort, dignity, and a friendly face when the day winds down. If you’re compassionate, dependable, and love caring for others, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Provide daily personal care , including bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
• Help residents move safely with lifting, turning, positioning, and transfers
• Take and record vital signs , weights, and measurements
• Support mealtimes by delivering trays, assisting with feeding, and tracking food and fluid intake
• Be the eyes and ears of the care team , noticing changes in condition, skin concerns, or injuries and reporting them promptly to the charge nurse
• Promote dignity and independence , helping residents stay comfortable and as self-sufficient as possible
• Escort residents to activities, therapy, and appointments
• Keep rooms neat, safe, and welcoming , following infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines

What You’ll Bring

• Current STNA certification in good standing
• High school diploma or GED
• CPR certification preferred
• Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
• A team-first attitude, with the ability to work independently when needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet throughout the shift
