What You’ll Do

• Build positive, supportive relationships with youth
• Provide daily structure, supervision, and encouragement
• Create a safe and empowering environment
• Teach essential life skills, healthy communication, and resilience

Winnie’s Sisu House is a trauma-informed transitional living program for girls (16–21) who have experienced exploitation, offering safety, stability, and hope.

Hawkins Home is a structured, supportive program helping young women build confidence and skills as they transition into adulthood.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for responsible, mature, and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about empowering at-risk youth. If you’re someone who can set healthy boundaries, communicate clearly, stay calm in tough moments, and lead by example - you’ll thrive here.

Must-Haves

• 21+ years of age
• Valid Minnesota driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in providing structure and setting firm, positive limits

Nice-to-Haves (but not required)

• Education in Human Services, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or related fields
• Relevant experience working with youth or in residential care settings
