The group is comprised of over 100 Specialists, Nurse Practitioners and other staff, covering newborn to women's health services at Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children. KMS operates exclusively for charitable, scientific and educational purposes, offering highly specialized care options at Kapi'olani and building support for these services within Hawai'i as a whole. At KMS, the Infectious Diseases department studies diseases through a comprehensive research process including basic science research, clinical trials and bedside care. Our specialized team consists of providers who focus on diagnosing and treating infectious diseases.
