Looking for a role where your skills and heart make a real difference? Flywheel Centers is hiring Behavior Technicians / RBTs across Northern Virginia to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. Work in both in-home and center-based settings , helping kids build confidence, independence, and life skills.
What You'll Do
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and/or centers
- Implement BCBA-designed programs through play, structure, and connection
- Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
- Collect session data and track progress
- Be a consistent, positive presence for children and families

What We're Looking For
- 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children (any setting)
- Reliable transportation (for in-home sessions)
- ABA experience preferred, but not required-we provide training
