Receptionist Part-Time

We are seeking a welcoming, helpful, and responsible individual to fill one of the most important roles in our organization - front desk receptionist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, possess good computer literacy, and love dealing with people.

Pay: $15.00–$16.00 per hour, depending on experience

Part-Time | 18–24 Hours per Week

• Every Other Saturday and Sunday | 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Every Other Thursday and Friday | 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• As Needed | 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Requirements

• Make each encounter with our residents, families, and visitors delightful
• Answer telephones; determine nature of call and direct caller to appropriate individual or department
• Receive requests from within the facility and use radio system to locate personnel
• Act as information center for residents and visitors seeking help
• Prepare outgoing mail and sort incoming mail
• Create and maintain documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Assist with various administrative duties as needed
