About the job
ABA Support Services is dedicated to supporting, empowering, and strengthening the lives of children and adolescents on the autism spectrum. ABA stands for “Applied Behavior Analysis” and is the development, implementation, and evaluation of natural environment modifications to promote improvement in social behavior. ABA includes the use of observation, data collection and functional analysis of the relationship between the environment and behavior.
Organize, and maintain data collection and statistical analysis systems for programs, conduct behavioral assessments and program implementations, direct clinical activities and staff/parent training.
Full-time staff are offered a comprehensive benefit package which includes health, vision, dental insurance, life insurance and 401k for LBS hired to serve the Harrisburg area in a full-time capacity.
